Use the Join Me Desktop Interface for an Online Meeting

  • Turn on the sound.
    • Click the phone icon.
    • Choose Call by Computer.
  • Change your name.
    • Cilck the person icon.
    • Hover over the first "Viewer #" on the list.
    • Click "Change Name"
  • Mute my sound.
    • Click on the phone icon.
    • Turn your micropone volume down to zero.
  • View chat.
    • Click the chat icon
